You are not entitled to earnings or benefits from the facility or St. John's United while you are undergoing this program. If you do acquire employment with St. John's as a C.N.A. or Elder Sharath immediately complying with the effective conclusion of the course, St. John's will refund $400 of your course fees over the course of one year if you are still employed and you remain in good standing.
